If you have received incorrect, damaged, faulty items or unsatisfactory products; please provide details (including photos) within 3 days of receiving your order. The information must be detailed in our Replacement Form to allow our team to review accordingly.
We will verify whether you are entitled to a replacement product and provide instructions accordingly (no cash/purchase method refunds issued).
Please complete our Replacement Form with your relevant details so we can process your request promptly.
Where the item is incorrect, damaged or faulty, PCN will cover the shipping costs.
Store Credits are also available as an alternative to an exchange.
Packages which have been stolen, do not qualify for our Return Policy. Please contact the shipping provider.
Items which are in our Holiday Sales or marked Final Sale do not qualify for our Return Policy.
For orders placed via Etsy, Instagram, eBay and other platforms, Gift Cards cannot be given as part of our Return Policy.
If you’d like to cancel an order, you must contact us via our Replacement Form
within 24hrs of placing your order. We do not offer refunds, however we will give you a Store Credit. You can then use this to make your next purchase.
NOTE : Priority and Express orders cannot make these changes. Only available for orders with Free Shipping and First Class Mail can make these changes.
